Job Title: MTS, Software Engineer - Automation and Integration Team

We are seeking a talented Member of Technical Staff who values automation, performance optimization and solving complex challenges. As a member of the Business Technology Automation Engineering Team, you strive to solve unique problems through a process of rapid, fail-fast iterations. You will help deliver critical features and ensure our cloud services remain blazingly fast for our customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Build and automate tools and processes designed for internal business use

• Having a security and trust mindset when designing and building systems

• Think of new ways to solve old problems

• Consult with internal customers and act as an advocate in representing their requirements to teams and develop innovative ways to overcome their challenges

Required Skills:

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role

• Strong experience with one or more of the following languages (Node, Java, Python, Golang) with in-depth knowledge of REST APIs.

• Experience working with the public cloud (such as AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with Test-Driven Development

• Experience with Git (Github, GitLab, etc.), Jenkins, and Containerization (Docker, CRI-O)

Preferred Skills:

• Worked with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Cloudformation)

• Understanding of cloud-native or microservice architecture

• Experience working with a remote team

• Worked in an Agile software development environment

• Understanding of a Secure Software Development Lifecycle
